Thank you for your business and continued support, we appreciate you!! We hope you love your purchase but understand sometimes it just doesn't work out. Here’s what you need to know if that’s the case.

Refunds

We only allow refunds to the original form or payment within 10 days of purchase. 

All items must be returned in original condition with tags, within 10 days, otherwise they will not be accepted. Return shipping cost are at the customers expense. Chateau Christine is not responsible for any lost or missing items in the return shipping process. The items must be unworn, unwashed, smoke, deodorant, makeup and fragrance free to receive approval.

All sale and clearance items are final sale.  

Exchanges & Store Credit

We only allow exchanges for store credit within 30 days of purchase.

We will do our best to exchange the size if its still available, otherwise you will be issued a store credit.

Once the item is received back and approved we will issue you a store credit to be used on a future purchase.

Our team checks all items for any damages or defective areas before shipping them out to you, but we know we are human and sometimes make mistakes. So, if you happen to receive an item that is damaged or defective, please read.

  • Damages must be reported to us prior to wearing the item and the tags must be attached.
  • The report must be made within 3 days of receiving the item or it will not be accepted
